Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.

1. How do I cancel my order?
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
If the order has not been packaged for shipment, you can cancel the order in your account order details.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they have been packaged for shipment and cannot be retrieved from the courier pile or from the courier.
2. How long are returns valid for?
Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Kick Board arrives.
If you have received the Kick Board for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
3. How do I return the product?
If you need to return an item, you may do so as follow:

Returns of Kick Board products are subject to the following conditions.
(1) Returns of Kick Board products should be made within 14 natural days.
(2) Returned Kick Board products should been purchased from Infragilisswimwear.com.
(3) Kick Board shall be new and unused condition.
(4) Kick Board products have non-human caused quality problems Infragilisswimwear.com (rupture, bottom decoupling, dents or bumps, etc.) before use.
Please send the Kick Board product in its original packaging to 142 Bally Shannon Way, Apex, North Carolina.
After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.
-Name of courier company
-Tracking number
4.Do I need to pay return shipping costs?
– If a return is requested due to a product quality issue with Kick Board (rupture, bottom decoupling, dents, etc.), shipping costs will be the responsibility of Infragilisswimwear.com.
– If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We do not charge re-listing fees.
5. When will my refund amount be credited?
Once the returned Kick Board arrives at Infragilisswimwear.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
